VILNIUS: BEST OF THE BEST – DUBLIS RESTAURANT

The Dublis concept restaurant opened in December 2015 and has already won a solid reputation for the high quality of its food and service. With this restaurant, owner and chef Deivydas Praspaliauskas has fulfilled his dream of a place where he can implement his culinary ideas and experiments while being inspired by the four seasons, the art in the Grafo art gallery downstairs and the smiles of his guests.

The restaurant has several rooms and can accommodate 105 guests in two halls of 75 and 30 seats. The fine dining usually takes place in a private hall with 35 seats, which has a separate entrance from the street and a separate kitchen. Guests can also combine their dining experience with viewings of paintings, sculptures, multimedia and other art in the gallery.

‘Art suppers’ can be arranged on request in the gallery too. These include an improvised tour of five courses, the special tastes and presentations on the plate complimented by the artistic discoveries in the gallery and followed by the charismatic comments of Deivydas Praspaliauskas. Exquisite wines to enhance the dining experience will be suggested by the chef as well.
