ESTONIA: FOR FOODIES – IT IS NOT A RESTAURANT!

New venue for the foodies opened on 26th of October in Tallinn. It delivers an elegant fine dining experience hosted by the only Michelin starred chef  in Estonia - Matthias Diether. “Alexander Chef's Table” is an initiative of Pädaste Manor on Muhu Island. It is open during the months that Pädaste Manor is closed for seasonal holidays.

It is an elegant, but at the same time relaxed fine dining experience. A place to have fun and meet likeminded people that appreciate great food and good conversation. Dinner starts at 19:00 sharp,  ending at approximately 22:30. One elegant communal table seats a maximum of 20 guest. Doors are open as of 18:30 for the aperitif. Food is prepared in front of your eyes in the open kitchen of the Chefs residence.

Alexander Chef’s Table serves Nordic Islands’ Cuisine and derives its inspiration from the Islands in the Baltic Sea and its shoreline, bringing the famed cuisine of Alexander Restaurant at Pädaste Manor on Muhu Island to the city. The crew consists of the finest staff in culinary and hospitality. A small and dedicated and ambitious team is bringing the new and in innovative fine dining concept to Tallinn.

Matthias Diether  has personally earned eight Michelin stars for the restaurants he has led since 2009. And today he is on the way to establishing his culinary home in Estonia: working on Muhu Island, Pädaste manor, he has fallen in love with our naturalness and our passion for Estonia's unique regional cuisine.
